On October 13, 2025, the Licensing Specialist was notified via email that the facility's director had changed as of August 7, 2025. After the director changed, the facility owner failed to notify the licensing authority within five days. According to the DCF Handbook Section 4.7.F Director Credential F. Childcare facility owners must notify the licensing authority within five working days of when the facility loses a credentialed director or when there is a change of director. 1.
