- During the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed several nails protruding through the wooden roof of the playhouse located on the school age playground. Licensing Specialist also observed a hole in the front of the roof of the playhouse which appeared to be dry rotted/warped. CCF Handbook, section 3.12 Outdoor Equipment C. All equipment, fences, and objects on the facilitys premises shall be free from sharp, broken and jagged edges, and properly placed to prevent overcrowding or safety hazards in any one area.
