- During the time of the inspection the Licensing Specialist observed a broken and rusted metal water hose hanger on the wall located on the preschool playground. Per the DCF Handbook The outdoor play area must be clean and free from litter, nails, glass and other hazards.

- During the time of the inspection the Licensing Specialist observed dirt under the green diaper changing table mat in the Two's classroom. This was corrected at the time of the inspection as the teacher in the classroom cleaned and sanitized the table and mat during the time of the inspection. Per the DCF Handbook When children in diapers are in care, there must be a diaper changing area with an impermeable surface that is cleaned and sanitized or disinfected after each use.
