During the renewal inspection the licensing specialist observed some of the playground equipment had some rust. Licensing specialist observed an outdoor sink that needs be repaired. According to the DCF CCF Handbook Section 3.5 A The outdoor play area must be clean and free from litter, nails, glass and other hazards.
