Refrigerator was not reading correct temperature on thermometer, and was not cold enough. Inspector recommended that the facility verify the thermometer is in proper working condition. Ice built up on freezer rim, Inspector recommended that it should be cleared in order to ensure freezer is properly closed.

Moping bucket with water was left in the hallway where children and adults pass to get to the bathroom. Blue tubs stacked one on top of each other next to the mop bucket and in the back classroom. Facility is in need of organization, clutter in the hallway in the mail entrance, clutter in the "computer classroom" the room next the "computer room" and in the back classrooms.
