- During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed areas of the facility was observed to not be in good repair in that in the two and three-year-old classroom there was a cabinet with blue doors that was chipped at the corners and along the edges, exposing the brown board underneath. The toilet in the One and Two-year-old classroom bathroom did not have a cover to the tank. The staff informed the Licensing Specialist that the toilet does not flush and that it is being replace. The Licensing Specialist did not observe any children in the classroom.
