Technical Assistance Provided: The facility was advised that all child care personnel must have a completed employment application maintained in their personnel file and readily available for review at all times. The operator was reminded to ensure all required documentation is obtained and kept current for each employee to maintain compliance with CCF Handbook, Section 7.4(A). This standard was corrected at the time of inspection.
