During the facilitys license year, fire drills utilizing the alarm system, approved by the local fire authority, must be conducted monthly at various dates and times when children are in care. L.S observed that provider did not conduct fire drill monthly, missing the month of July. L.S gave TA that provider must conduct fire drills on the monthly bases, was told by provider she will conduct two fire drills before the month over for the missing fire drill in July.
