During the walk through of facility, LS observed two expired food items in facility. 1 expired (milk) dated 11.23.2025 observed in and another 1 expired (orange juice) dated 11.20.2025 observed in kitchen. The provider failed to discard expired food items within a timely manner. The provider was able to correct at the time of inspection by discarding item. Technical assistance was offered per CCF handbook " Stored food must be consumed or discarded on or before the expiration dates listed by the manufacturer. "

During background screening review it was observed by LS that the provider failed to add 2 new hires [(IZ), (JP] on clearinghouse roster within 5 days of hire. Provider was able to correct at the time of inspection by adding the personnels on Clearinghouse roster on 11.25.2025. Technical assistance was provided per CCF handbook " The employer/owner/operator must add child care personnel to their Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse within 10 days of when the individual has received a child care eligible result and has been hired at the facility.
