Licensing Specialist observed that the water spots on ceiling tiles throughout the facility, above the double ceiling located in the kitchen area and in the bathrooms were not corrected at the time of this on-site reinspection. Technical Assistance was given to the Provider as per the CCF Handbook that ( All child care facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation.
