Licensing specialist reviewed fire inspection for provider and it is over a year old (dated 12/13/2023). Technical assistance was provided that to ensure the safety of children in care, facilities are required to receive yearly fire inspections by a certified fire inspector. Provider contacted fire department inspector and they told her that they have until the end of her facility's permit expiration date to complete a fire inspection. Last fire drill was conducted on 12/3/2024. One fire drill using an alternate evacuation route was done on 10/4/2024. One fire drill during napping/sleeping times was done on 7/9/2024.
