The credentialed director was not on-site a majority of the hours that the facility is in operation as documented on timesheets, personnel schedules or employment records. CCF Handbook, Section 4.7, B

During commencement of complaint, it was observed by LS that previous director failed to be present on-site at least 51% of time. Provider filed to have documentation of hours worked. There was not attendance log, time sheets and or personal scheduled offered upon the request of licensing authority. Provider was able to resolve at the time of inspection, director AG was no longer employed at facility. Technical assistance was offered per CCF handbook " CF-FSP Form 5252, Florida Child Care and Education Program Director Credential, must be maintained at the facility for review by the licensing authority.
