- FSC observed bath being used for storage. Staff at the time resolve the issue and made the bath area cleaned and no longer a storage area. TA Every facility must have at least one portable or permanent bath facility available for bathing children. The bath facility must be in good operation, clean and must be sanitized or disinfected after each use.
