Provider was unable to provider multiple personnel files upon request from the Licensing Authority. The provider was able to correct at the time of inspection by retrieving files from headquarter during second site visit conducted on August 7, 2025. Technical assistance was provided per CCF handbook "Records must be maintained and kept current on all child care personnel, as defined by Section 402.302(3), F.S. These records shall be on-site, available for review by the licensing authority and must include:"
