The facility failed to maintain a current Employee/Contractor Roster for all child care personnel in the Clearinghouse. CCF Handbook, Section 5.1, K During the time of the inspection, it was observed that the Employee/Contractor Roster was not up to date in the Clearinghouse, as required. The operator was reminded that all child care personnel must be added to the roster within five (5) business days of receiving an eligible screening result, and end dates must be entered for individuals no longer employed or contracted with the facility. This standard was corrected at the time of inspection.
