- Upon inspection of the outdoor play area, the Licensing Specialist observed that the playground fence measured 3 feet 10 inches in height, which is below the required minimum height of 4 feet. Additionally, a fenced swimming pool belonging to the condominium where the child care facility is located is situated directly behind the playground area. The insufficient fence height could allow children access to the adjacent pool area, creating a potential safety hazard and risk of harm to children in care.
