A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report completed by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority. If the program is granted a fire inspection exemption by the local fire inspection office, the exemption must be documented and maintained on file at the program.

Counselor observed the brown treehouse/playhouse to have a broken wooden ladder with sharp jagged edges. The children use this lady to gain access to the playhouse. The provider will need to replace, fix, or remove the broken wooden ladder. Technical assistance was provided ensuring that all play equipment is in safe and sanitary condition.
The facility did not have documentation to show completion of a Department approved five-hour early literacy and language development course for child care personnel within 12 months of date of employment in child care industry and/or the early literacy course documentation was not uploaded in the Florida Pathways/Registry.
