Inspector notes
FSC counselor observed a 2 year old class with 12 children and 1 teacher. The ratio was brought into compliance once the oldest three year old child was moved to the 3 year old classroom. 2.3 Ratios The staff-to-child ratio, as established in Section 402.305(4), F.S., is based on primary responsibility for the direct supervision of children and applies at all times while children are in care. Ratios Infants 1(4) 5 children-2 teachers. 1 year olds 1(6) 10 children-2 teachers 2 year olds 1(11) 12 children-1 teacher. New ratio: 11 children-1 teacher. 3 year olds 1(15) 14 children-1 teacher 4 year olds 1(20) 13 children-1 teacher.
