FSC noted at the time of the inspection that there were cleaning materials (Clorox wipes and hydrogen peroxide) in the cabinets within reach of the children. TA was given: All potentially harmful items, including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic, and hazardous materials, must be labeled and used according to manufacturers recommendation.
