- Items unrelated to diaper changing were stored in the diaper changing area or placed on the diaper changing table/surface. CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.2, G Sanitation and Equipment [SR]
- Inspector notes
- While counting ratio, licensing specialist observed a feeding table (from feeding chair set) and a tablet on the diaper changing mat in the 2 -year old classroom. Licensing specialist let director know about the items and they were removed. When returning to the classrooms to inspect them, licensing specialist observed a tablet was placed once again on the diaper changing mat. Technical assistance was provided that Items unrelated to diaper changing shall not be stored in the diaper changing area nor shall they be placed on the diaper changing table. The tablet was removed from the diaper changing table and the standard returned to compliance at time of inspection.
