- Provider was observed with 17 school-age children in an unlicensed space. The space has not been inspected by a licensing specialist or authorized by the department as an addition to the existing license failing to offer each child a minmum of 35 square feet of usable space.. Provider was able to correct by transferring all 17 school-age children to classrooms covered by the license. Technical assistance was offered per CCF handbook " Each room routinely used as a classroom must provide the minimum 35 square footage of usable indoor floor space per child."

- At the time of this inspection, Licensing specialist observed the door to the playground to have peeling paint which poses a threat to the children in care, All child care facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation. Indoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety. Any problems must be corrected before the play area is used by children. Documentation of the indoor play area inspection must be maintained for 12 months.
