Licensing specialist reviewed provider's Clearinghouse roster. Three staff have not been added and two have not been removed. Technical assistance was provided that the employer/owner/operator must add child care personnel to their Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse within 5 days of when the individual has received a child care eligible result and has been hired at the facility. Employer/owner/operator must add an end date for individuals on the Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse within 5 days of the employment termination.

Technical assistance was provided that the custodial parent or guardian may document the time when his/her child enters and departs the child care facility or program.
