Upon arrival to the facility, licensing specialist knocked on the door various times and called the facility various times during 14 minute period. Director then opened the door and she stated that she was at the kitchen. Licensing specialist proceeded to count ratios and found 2 classrooms out of ratio. Director stated that she was part of infants classroom staff, however she was out of the classroom at time of licensing specialist arrival. Also 2-years old classroom had 10 one-year old children in the classroom.
