- At the time of the inspection, the specialist observed and recorded a fire drill (5/8/25). The last two fire drills were: 2/11/25 (active shooter), 1/14/25, 12/9/24. There were no fire drills recorded for the months of March or April. The provider is back on schedule with todays fire drill. The fire extinguishers were serviced: March 2025.

- At the time of the inspection, the school refused to activate the approved fire alarm to conduct a fire drill and only made an announcement over the intercom. Technical assistance was given to the provider that fire drills must be conducted using the approved fire system/alarm. Note: this standard was completed at time of inspection as there is only 2 days of school remaining. The last fire drill was conducted on 5/17/23 and emergency preparedness drills were conducted on 3/30/23 (lockdown) and 9/15/22 (weather). The fire extinguisher(s) were last tagged in March 2023. A fire drill (using the intercom announcement) was conducted on today's date with the CCR counselor present.
