Fire drills were conducted on 8/29/25, 9/15/25, 10/10/25, 11/21/25, 12/18/25, 2/23/26, and 3/12/26. Last year's fire inspection was conducted on 3/26/24 and expired 3/26/25. The provider had the next fire inspection completed on 4/10/25. TA was provided that the provider will need to schedule an appointment with the fire inspector prior to the previous inspection expiring. Fire drills were conducted on a monthly basis and a fire drill was conducted with the Licensing Specialist during the inspection. The approved fire system was used.
