The staff stated she will replace the sensory bin with another item. At the time of inspection, the Licensing specialist observed some parts of the facility not in good repair. In the front classroom, VPK and the classroom to the right year old classroom there was a light panel in both classroom with light bulbs out and not working properly. Also, throughout the facility to include in the restrooms, there were some ceiling tiles stained with wet stains. The provider advised that the air conditioner units caused some leak when the pan overflowed but the issue was repaired. TA was provided to ensure that the facility is observed in good repair by the due date.
