At the time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed the facility conducting a fire drill. During the fire drill, the Child Care Personnel had the current attendance record, but failed to utilize the attendance to account for all children. Child Care Personnel were observed only counting children. Technical assistance was provided that current attendance record must accompany Child Care Personnel out of the building during a drill or actual evacuation and be used to account for all children.
