At the time of the inspection, the facility failed to have the annual fire inspection completed on or before last year's date. The current year was completed on 11/1/24 and the prior year was completed on 10/13/23. Technical assistance was given to the provider as a reminder that an approved fire inspection must be completed on or before the prior year's date. The last fire drill was conducted on 11/27/24 and an emergency preparedness drill (weather) was conducted on 10/31/24. No lockdown drill has been completed yet this licensing year. At the time of the inspection, the CCR counselor reviewed all children's files in binder 1 and observed none of the children had page 1 of the enrollment application, only page 2. The provider stated they thought only page 2 was required. Technical assistance was given to the provider to have the parent/guardian complete page 1 of the enrollment application prior to the due date for all children enrolled.
