- Observation: During the naptime inspection, Licensing Specialist observed that some mats did not maintain the required 18 inches of spacing between them, in accordance with regulation 3.62 C Action Taken: The teacher on duty was informed of the spacing requirement and promptly adjusted the mats to ensure compliance. Recommendation: It is recommended that staff regularly monitor the arrangement of mats during naptime to maintain proper spacing and safety standards.

- At time of inspection video footage was viewed, licensing counselor witnessed 2 staff members standing/talking behind the play equipment which blinded them from noticing a child hitting and fighting with several of his classmates at the other end of the outdoor play area for a period of 3-4 minutes. Director of the facility had each staff member take 10 hours of training (certificates attached), putting the facility back in compliance for this standard at time of inspection.
