Licensing specialist observed that the facility did not have a transportation log for the field trip to the aquatic center. A transportation log is required any time children leave the facility by vehicle or on foot while under the care of the facility. Licensing Specialist advised the director to complete a transportation log moving forward for any and all field trips.
