One other assigned childcare personnel was offsite when Licensing Specialist arrived. Resolved at the time of inspection. Assigned personnel returned to the facility and children went back into their designated classrooms. Technical Assistance: 2.3.1 Mixed Age Groups A. In groups of mixed age ranges, where children under one year of age are included, one child care personnel must be responsible for no more than four children of any age group, at all times.
