Two bathrooms and one classroom did not have a functional soap dispenser/soap available. Staff placed a functional soap dispenser with soap in all three places during this inspection. Technical support was provided. H. Running water, soap, trash receptacles, toilet paper, and disposable towels or hand drying machines that are properly installed and maintained must be available and within reach of children using the bathroom.
