On 9/23/2025, the infant teacher left three infants alone napping in their room for over an hour. The teacher, BG along with another teacher, KD and the Director, KS sat up in the front area during this time. The owner and the area manager were informed of this incident on 9/23/2025 and viewed the video from this day which confirmed that these three individuals did leave the children alone for an hour and 12 minutes. The infant teacher, BG was terminated and the Director, KS was removed from her director position to a teaching position at their other building so that she could be monitored closely. On 9/23/2025, the facility had an incident occur where a teacher left three infants alone in a room for an hour and 12 minutes. The area manager, EW, was informed of the incident on 9/24/2025. EW stated that she spoke to the three parents of the children in the infant room on 9/24/2025. One parent was a staff member present on the day of the occurrence, so she was aware of what happened.
