- The facility was unable to show the Licensing Specialist that an Incident/Accident report was completed on the day of 7/22/2024 for an enrolled child that had a noticeable bruise on his left wrist. The parent reported it came from the school and the facility reports the child came in with it. The Director had the staff rewrite the report along with their statements. - Inspector notes
- The west wing of this facility, which contained two infant rooms, was temped at 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Counselor, Director, and Staff moved all infants into a room in the east wing. Director stated that a new air conditioning unit has already been ordered but will not be available for installation until the end of August. The Child Care Facility Handbook states: 3.3.3 Temperature and Ventilation A. An inside temperature of 65 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit must be maintained at all times. B. Adequate ventilation must be maintained in all areas of the facility, in pg harmful or potentially toxic fumes.
