When the teachers were asked, they stated that they let the children watch the iPad while the children are eating their snack. The Licensing Specialist explained that their age group was not allowed to watch electronic media. The iPad was turned off while the Licensing Specialist was in the room. - During the inspection of the playground, the Licensing Specialist observed a large plastic truck play piece in the small playground area. The truck, per the manufacturer is required to be anchored into the ground for safety and anchoring wholes were observed on the play piece. The truck was not anchored into the ground and was placed right next to the fence. Due to the fact the piece of equipment is required to be anchored, fall zone requirements would need to be met.
