- Child/ren were placed in a crib, playpen, play yard or other sleeping and napping bedding with items that could pose a strangulation or suffocation risk. CCF Handbook, Section 3.6.4, A Physical Environment [SR]

- Infants had blankets in the crib, specialist had the director remove them from each crib at inspection. Per childcare facility handbook on page 26. Children must not be placed in the cribs, playpens, play yards or other sleeping and napping bedding with items that could pose a strangulation or suffocation risk. Cribs, playpens, play yards, other napping and sleeping bedding being used by a child must be placed a minimum of 18 inches away from window blinds, draperies or any window treatment/cover that pose a strangulation hazard
