A teacher pulled a chair out from under a sitting child, that did not listen to her instructions, and the child fell to the floor. The teacher did not follow the facility's written disciplinary policy. Teacher was terminated. The Child Care Facility Handbook states: 2.8 Child Discipline B. The childcare facility operators, employees, and volunteers must comply with written disciplinary and expulsion policies.
