Correction / follow-up note
On 10/31/24, Administrative staff self-reported that a 1-year-old child was left on playground by 2 caregivers. Child was on playground until noticed by another staff member in an adjoining playground. Child was not hurt and parents notified of incident. All staff were retrained on name to face tracking during all transitions.
