The licensing specialist reviewed all 53 childrens files. Child NG had an immunization that expired on 2/10/26. The director contacted the parent and explained the child cannot come back until they provide current immunizations. To come into compliance, the director will provide the licensing specialist with NGs updated immunization form by 3/30/26. At time of inspection provider scheduled to have the fire extinguishers serviced and tagged. Provider is to submit documentation of fire extinguishers being serviced by the due date.
