During the inspection of the small refrigerator in the classroom, it was observed that the refrigerator was not working properly and standing water was observed on the bottom of the refrigerator. Water stains were observed around the outside of refrigerator on the floor where the water had previously leaked out. The refrigerator will need to be replaced or repaired. The Child Care Facility Handbook states on page 20 that: 3.1 General Health and Safety Requirements A. All child care facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed the diaper changing pad to have 2 small rips on the top. The Child Care Facility Handbook states on page 37 that: E.
