There were 50 children present and only one childcare employee with CPR on the premises. Director stated they scheduled a class for next week for all childcare personnel to complete CPR. The Child Care Facility Handbook states: 4.2.4 First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) A. One childcare personnel with current and valid certificate(s) of course completion for first aid training and one childcare personnel with current and valid certificate of course completion for pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) procedures must be present at all times that children are in care.
