- The childrens centers storage of harmful items including cleaning supplies, flammable products, poisonous, toxic and hazardous materials allowed access by children in care.
- Correction / follow-up note
- Licensing specialist observed a cleaning spray bottle in an unlocked lower cabinet in a room occupied by children, the director stated that staff for opening duties is to scan their room for compliance. The task was overlooked that day and staff will be remined of the need to sweep all licensed space for compliance before children are in care. This violation is corrected at visit
