- Child care personnel failed to verify attendance accuracy at transitions. [the 2's group was in the classroom and were listed as being on the playground. ].
- Inspector notes
- There are issues with the Procare app that are causing staff to be unable to track transitions appropriately. At this visit the 2's classroom was marked on the playground, but they were in the classroom. This was fixed immediately. This Director and licensing specialist discussed multiple ways to address this. Staff will use paper attendance from now on.
