Medium concern: Health or food records
Report finding
Children were provided food that was not age appropriate and/or posed a choking hazard.
Inspector notes
A social media photo indicated that children were served uncut grapes during a class party. The Director stated that the snack was brought in by a parent. She was reminded that even if a parent brings in grapes for a party, the staff must cut them lengthwise to avoid serving a food which is a choking hazard. She stated that she will re-train the staff immediately. This is substantiated and resolved.
