Licensing Specialist confirmed that methods of discipline were not age appropriate/constructive and child care personnel did not comply with the children's center written disciplianry and expulsion policies. A child was asked to leave a carpeted area and when he refused, the staff member held onto his hand while he dragged himself on the carpet. The child received 2 small rug burns as a result. Submit a plan to ensure that method of discipline are age appropriate/constructive.
