During an attendance check 15 children were marked as present when there were 14 children in the room. One child had recently left for the day and the attendance was not adjusted timley. The director completed a plan of action as follows to prevent attendance errors in the future. The director spoke with staff concerning marking children in and out in real time,meaning right as the children leave the classroom. . The staff member reviewed the plan and signed as acknowledgement. This brings the standard into compliance
