Inspector notes
During the time of inspection, the Director advised the Licensing Specialist that there 12 employees. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored 12 of the 12 employee records. When the Licensing Specialist was reviewing the files the Licensing Specialist observed one personnel did not complete their 10 in service for 24-25 year. The director was given until August 18, 2025, to come into compliance with this standard.
