Licensing specialist witnessed tears on the diaper changing pad in the 1 year old room. CCF is using paper liners on top of changing pad due to the issue. Technical assistance provided that when children in diapers are in care, there must be a diaper changing area with an impermeable surface that is cleaned and sanitized or disinfected after each use. Paper liners are not impermeable. The diaper changing area will need an impermeable surface by due date.
