At time of complaint, Licensing Specialist reviewed camera footage that showed the child rolling around on her cot, rolling off the cot, kicking her legs, sitting up and holding onto the teachers desk next to her cot, and going under the cot covering due to the teacher removing her blanket. Childcare personnel listed on the supplemental can be seen on the video footage grabbing the child by her leg several times to place her back onto the cot.
