Inspector notes
At time of inspection, Licensing Specialist observed childcare personnel listed on the supplemental supervising the children alone in the 4s and 5s classroom and did not complete the preservice training requirements prior to unsupervised contact or care of children. Technical assistance provided that all childcare personnel must complete the preservice training requirements prior to allowing unsupervised contact or care of children. Resolved at time of inspection as Owner had another childcare personnel take over the classroom.
